Edited description because I thought the AMV thing was a bit unfair:

People tend to assume that if you happen to melt over cute things, then you are a ditz, because I mean, gore and monster fanatics are real fucking geniuses, right?

I have an IQ of a 117 (though I have a hard time showing it in public ), I haven't skipped a single grade, I've passed all my classes, I passed my reading and writing TAKS with flying colors, and the only reason I've ever failed was because of my laziness and because I tend to have a hard time paying attention to these things.

Don't assume that if they squeal over a kitten, they don't know anything else, dammit, and we won't assume that because you love the site of blood and guts (like myself, mostly), that you're a violent oaf. What you like doesn't make you any less of a human.
